Incoming Students

Freshmen checklist:

Apply to the University of Hawaii. Send in any AP credits, summer school or college level coursework. |

Once you are accepted, sign your Statement of Intent to Register form and submit your Partial Advance Tuition Payment to finalize your acceptance. |
 |
Obtain health clearance. |
 |
Think of joining a learning community. |
 |
Register for and take English Placement test (Unless you have AP credit for it.) |
 |
Register and take any other placement exams necessary

Work out payment for college |
 |
Figure out housing. |
 |
Attend New Student Orientation to familiarize yourself with requirements, the campus and other students. |

Transfer student checklist:

Apply to the University of Hawaii at Mānoa. Be sure to send any transfer work (including AP credits, summer school, etc.) |

have courses re-evaluated later. |
